Hiring: Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
💰 Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday–Saturday
🏢 Industry: Apparel / Uniform Manufacturing / Fashion preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business.
Plan and create engaging content, reels, videos and campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads and optimize performance.
Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads in coordination with Sales/BD.
Handle basic SEO, website updates, email & WhatsApp marketing.
Conduct competitor research and track campaign performance/ROI.
Experience with Zoho CRM & marketing automation will be an advantage.

Recruiter + BDE – Client Onboarding

Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Timing: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter + BDE to handle candidate sourcing along with client acquisition and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates as per requirements.
Identify and approach potential clients.
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, etc.
Explain recruitment services and onboard new clients.
Understand client requirements and collect JDs.
Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly.

Requirements:

Good communication & negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and business development.
Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
